Angels southpaw C.J. Wilson has been placed on the 15-day disabled list and could be out for the season with bone spurs in his left elbow. Wilson, who had surgery to remove bone spurs in August 2008 and October 2012, said he expects to have the same surgery unless a second opinion tells him he won't need it.
