As you do when your team makes it to the playoffs, Dodger fan and California Congressman Adam Schiff made a bet with Mets fan New York Congressman Steve Israel. But last week the Dodgers lost in game 5 to the Mets. And so did Schiff.The cost of losing the bet was high. Really high. But Schiff is a man of his word so he paid the price today, on the House of Representatives floor, where C-SPAN cameras are always rolling.
