The Dodgers have extended qualifying offers to free agents Zack Greinke, Brett Anderson and Howie Kendrick. The Dodgers would be eligible to receive an extra draft pick after the first round next year if he or the other two players sign with another team. Earlier this week, Greinke opted out of the final three years of his contract, giving up a guaranteed $71 million to become a free agent.
