After dropping him from their major league roster midway through the 2015 season, the Dodgers decided to give pitcher Brandon Beachy a second chance.Beachy, 29, signed a one-year contract Wednesday worth $1.5 million. The contract includes an additional $2.75 million in possible incentives, which he can earn in increments for starting up to 30 games in 2016.
