Dodgers Hall of Fame broadcaster Vin Scully, who is heading into his 67th season calling the team's games in a career that began in the days of the Brooklyn Dodgers, will be the first recipient of the Los Angeles Sports Council's Lifetime Achievement Award during the 11th annual L.A. Sports Awards on Feb. 25 at the Beverly Hills Hilton.
