Jared Goff, the Cal quarterback who was chosen No. 1 overall during Thursday's NFL Draft , was caught up in this right after he shook hands with Roger Goodell. Goff grew up in Northern California, so this was probably little more than the S.F.-L.A. rivalry at play.
