Tampa Bay's Matt Moore understandably was disappointed. The left-hander allowed seven runs and eight hits in 4 1/3 innings, one of his worst performances since returning from Tommy John surgery last season, in a 10-5 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday night. It was the most runs allowed by a Rays pitcher since Chris Archer gave up nine last Sept. 26 at Toronto.
