Los Angeles Dodgers rookie right-hander Kenta Maeda has left Tuesday night's game against Arizona after a line drive by Paul Goldschmidt struck him on the right leg in the sixth inning. Maeda managed to gather the ball and lob it to first to get Goldschmidt out, but immediately fell to the ground clutching his knee. Maeda writhed in pain as the Dodgers' training staff ran out and stayed on the field for several minutes before being helped off without putting any weight on his leg.
