According to industry sources, the Dodgers agreed to a $2 million deal with Cuban teenage outfielder Yordan Alvarez on Wednesday afternoon. The Dodgers, who are in the maximum penalty and will not be able to sign pool-eligible international prospects during the next two periods, having exceeding their bonus pools by more than 15 percent, did not confirm the deal.
