SAN FRANCISCO >> Andre Ethier figured he would be watching games in October. Just not playoff games from a major-league dugout."Five weeks, six weeks ago I was sitting and watching my kids play flag football every afternoon and going to Camelback Ranch from 8 to 1 every day doing rehab," the Dodgers veteran said Sunday.
