WASHINGTON >> The shackles have been taken off Andrew Toles, literally and metaphorically.There was no brace on Toles' left wrist Thursday as the Dodgers took batting practice at Nationals Park, not long after Dave Roberts said the rookie would start in left field in Game 1 of the National League Division Series Friday.
