As we move into the future, Major League Baseball figures to implement more and more rules aimed at speeding up the game. Until that's accomplished though, Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Pedro Baez is just going to keep chillin' on the hill. Well, unless you're an impatient viewer, which seems to cover a wide range of baseball fans and writers, or bored, in which case a pitcher who needs an average of 30.2 seconds between pitches — the slowest pace in MLB — is probably a detriment to the game.
