Dodgers, Kenley Jansen agree to 5-year, $80M deal
LOS ANGELES - The Dodgers' reluctance to overpay for a closer was trumped by their reluctance to go into the 2017 season without one of the top ones.The Dodgers and Kenley Jansen have reached agreement on a contract that will make the franchise's all-time saves leader the second-highest paid closer in baseball history behind only Aroldis Chapman, who signed last week with the New York Yankees.
