LOS ANGELES >> The Tommy Lasorda video montage played Monday night, the one that includes a clip of the ex-Dodgers' manager firing up a champagne-soaked clubhouse in the aftermath of the 1988 World Series.The announced crowd of 46,289 stood and cheered. Lasorda, less than two weeks removed from having his pacemaker replaced, stood and reciprocated.
