Yu Darvish goes on DL with back issue

DETROIT >> A day after Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said the back tightness that hampered Yu Darvish during his most recent start would not prevent him from making his next one, the Dodgers decided to give Darvish a 10-day break and placed him on the DL.Darvish will miss his scheduled start Tuesday in Pittsburgh and instead is penciled in to pitch next Sunday at home against the Milwaukee Brewers.
