Los Angles Dodgers right-handed reliever Tom Koehler will be sidelined to start the season after being diagnosed with a strain in his right shoulder. Koehler, 31, spent four weeks on the disabled list last year with shoulder bursitis while a starting pitcher with the Miami Marlins. After posting a 1-5 record with a 7.92 ERA in 12 starts, he was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays in August and converted to a reliever, going 0-2 with a 2.65 ERA in 14 relief appearances and one start.
