Clayton Kershaw's rehab plans have taken an abrupt turn north, as the ace left-hander will start against National League Cy Young Award candidate Jacob deGrom and the Mets on Saturday night at Citi Field instead of making a rehab start for Triple-A Oklahoma City in Omaha, Neb., as originally scheduled.
