San Francisco rookie right-hander Tyler Beede, who picked up his first career victory Monday by holding down the Los Angeles Dodgers, goes for his second win Saturday against the Arizona Diamondbacks in Phoenix. Beede gave up three hits and one run over six innings to the dangerous Dodgers, working around five walks with the help of seven strikeouts. "He didn't have the best command I've seen him have, and he figured out a way to make pitches when he needed to and figured out a way to get outs," catcher Stephen Vogt told reporters.
