Philadelphia outfielder Jay Bruce left the Phillies' Tuesday night home game against the Los Angeles Dodgers with an apparent injury to his rib cage. In the bottom of the third inning, Bruce tried to check his swing and then reached right away for his side. After the trainer and manager Gabe Kapler came out to check on Bruce, the 32-year-old veteran was removed from the game.
