An American billionaire is considering making another move to buy Chelsea,, according to The Telegraph. Todd Boehly, a part-owner of MLB's LA Dodgers, saw an initial move for the west London club rebuffed as owner Roman Abramovich refused to consider selling. The Russian reportedly values Chelsea at an astonishing £3billion, according to experts, following recent investment in Manchester City which saw their value reach £3.74bn.
