Jays’ Grichuk wants Astros stripped of 2017 World Series championship amidst sign-stealing scandal
The Houston Astros sign-stealing scandal has left many in and around Major League Baseball angered and disappointed. An investigation conducted by the league found Astros general manager Jeff Luhnow and manager A.J. Hinch responsible for illegally stealing signs, aiding the club to a World Series championship in 2017 after defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers in seven games. Not holding back on the matter, however, was Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Randal Grichuk when he was asked if Houston should have their title rings taken away from them.
