Arbiter: Bauer reinstated as ban cut to 194 games

Trevor Bauer's suspension has been cut from 324 games to 194 and the right-hander has been reinstated, MLB said Thursday. The Dodgers have 14 days to decide whether to release him or add him to their 40-man roster.
