DA won’t file felony charges against LHP Urias

The L.A. District Attorney's Office will not file felony charges against Julio Urias stemming from his September arrest. The case now moves to the City Attorney's Office for misdemeanor filing considerations. The ex-Dodger is currently a free agent.
