The Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres and Toronto Blue Jays are finalists to sign Japanese pitcher Roki Sasaki, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan on Monday, the same day the New York Yankees were informed the 23-year-old won't be signing with them.
