Dodgers owner Frank McCourt asks Judge Scott Gordon to approve the deal or rule that ex-wife Jamie McCourt has no say in it. The judge sets a June 22 hearing on that issue and Jamie McCourt's request for an order to sell the club.Dodgers owner Frank McCourt asked Thursday that a judge either approve the team's television contract with Fox or rule that ex-wife Jamie McCourt has no say in the deal.
