The Los Angeles Dodgers did not tender a contract to reliever Ronald Belisario on Monday, making the four-year veteran a free agent.Belisario, who will turn 31 on Dec. 31, was 5-7 with a 3.97 ERA last season and was eligible for arbitration in 2014. He made $1.45 million last season. In four seasons with the Dodgers, Belisario was 20-12 with a 3.29 ERA in 273 games. The sinkerballer was, at times, the team's primary right-handed setup man.
