Dodgers pitching prospect Ross Stripling was scheduled to undergo Tommy John surgery on his right elbow Wednesday and will miss the 2014 season.Stripling, the team's No. 8 prospect according to ESPN's Keith Law, tore a ligament in his elbow while pitching live batting practice, but kept it to himself and wound up pitching an inning of a spring game before he told trainers. An MRI revealed the extent of the damage to Stripling's ligament.
