LOS ANGELES -- Teams have been able to put players on waivers for the past three days and it's probable the some of those players already have cleared, making them eligible to be traded. This is the time of year Dodgers general manager Ned Colletti looks to put the finishing touches on his roster. He said he hopes to be able to do the same this season and the Dodgers have clear needs at the back of the rotation and in the bullpen.Colletti said that, if he makes a trade, it likely would be a smaller-scale strike, nothing like the blockbuster with the Boston Red Sox that brought in Adrian Gonzalez, Carl Crawford, Josh Beckett and Nick Punto two seasons ago.
