LOS ANGELES -- Of all the teams the Los Angeles Dodgers could have met in the playoffs, the St. Louis Cardinals are the most familiar to Zack Greinke, but you know what they say familiarity breeds. Greinke's formative years were spent in the middle part of the country pitching for the Cardinals' in-state rivals, the Kansas City Royals, and one of their primary division rivals, the Milwaukee Brewers. Of his six postseason starts, four have come against the Cardinals.
