SAN DIEGO -- The Dodgers continued to tinker at the margins of their roster while everyone here seems to be anticipating bigger deals.They traded catcher Drew Butera to the Angels on Tuesday for a player to be named later or cash considerations. Butera had been designated for assignment three days earlier to make room on the 40-man roster for Ryan Lavarnway, who was claimed off waivers from the Boston Red Sox.It's the first trade between the Dodgers and Angels since 1976, when they swapped outfielder Orlando Alvarez for catcher Ellie Rodriguez.
